UNC Charlotte Center City Building is a 12-story steel and glass structure designed by architectural firm Kieran Timberlake in partnership with Charlotte-based Gantt Huberman ArchitectsIn an effort to enhance UNC Charlotte’s presence in Center City, the University opened their first uptown building in the Fall of 2011.

Standing at East Ninth and Brevard streets, the building serves the university’s MBA and other graduate programs. It also houses the College of Arts + Architecture’s urban design master’s program, and the College of Health & Human Services’ health administration master’s program.
